Midwest League Managers

Kevin Boles

Kevin Boles

Two Midwest League seasons:

Playing Career

  • Drafted/Signed: Cubs, 42nd round, 1998 (C, University of South Florida)
  • Professional Career: 20 minor league games in the Cubs system.
  • Midwest League: Never played in the Midwest League

Management style

Boles is a very conservative manager: He rarely issues intentional walks, rarely calls for bunts (though that has changed somewhat), and only permits steal attempts when success is likely.
