Midwest League Managers

George Enright

One Midwest League season:

Playing Career

  • Drafted/Signed: White Sox, sixth round, 1972 (catcher, Hialeah [FL] HS)
  • Professional Career: Nine minor league seasons, mostly in the ChiSox organization. Appeared in two games with the White Sox (one AB) in 1976.
  • Midwest League: Played for Appleton in 1972, 1973, & 1974.

Management style

From what little information is available, Enright looks like a conventional manager for his time and place. His intentional pass counts are really odd: Far more than most during his QC summer, then almost none in subsequent seasons.
