Midwest League Managers

Rob Leary

Two Midwest League seasons:

Playing Career

  • Drafted/Signed: Expos, 12th round, 1986 June regular phase (catcher, Louisiana State University).
  • Professional Career: 5 minor league seasons, largely in Class A. Apparently known as Bob when he was playing.
  • Midwest League: Played for Rockford in 1988 and 1990.

Management style

Except that his teams liked to steal, Leary was a fairly conservative manager.
