Midwest League Managers

Tony Perezchica

One Midwest League season:

Playing Career

  • Drafted/Signed: Giants, 3rd round, 1984 (Shortstop, Palm Springs [CA] HS)
  • Professional Career: Eleven seasons, mostly in the minors, mostly in the San Francisco organization; plus one year in the Mexican League.
  • Midwest League: Played at Clinton in 1985.

Management style

Perezchica's been a fairly conventional minor league manager to this point; he's perhaps a little more inclined to leave the starter in than most managers, but that might well just reflect the particular pitchers he's had in his charge.
