Midwest League Managers

Ed Romero

Three Midwest League seasons:

Playing Career

  • Drafted/Signed: Brewers, free agent, 1975
  • Professional Career: Sixteen professional seasons, twelve of those in the major leagues with four different teams; mostly played for Milwaukee.
  • Midwest League: Played for Burlington in 1976.

Management style

When Romero was managing, his tactics were pretty conventional. He's a bit prone to call for a sac bunt.
