The 2006 Midwest League All-Star Game was played at Quad City's John O'Donnell Stadium on June 20, 2006.

Team members were nominated by a poll of the League's managers and coaches taken during late May, with final selections made by MWL president George Spelius. For the purposes of this game, Kane County is an Eastern Division team. The players listed below were the original announcements and do not reflect roster changes resulting from promotions or injuries.

The manager and coaching staff for each squad represented the leading teams in each division at the close of the first half of the season:

East: Matt Walbeck (West Michigan), AJ Sager, Tom Brookens
West: Jody Davis (Peoria), Barbaro Garbey, Rich Bombard

You may wish to compare these teams with the Best Players list I selected in late May.
